I fell in love with meditation many years ago when I was at an all-time low struggling with debilitating anxiety, inner conflict & a relentless inner critic. Meditation helped me to connect with who I truly am and have the courage to begin my healing journey. Now I have the privilege of offering the amazing benefits of mediation to my amazing tribe.
Within my classes along with relaxing and enjoying the physical emotional mental and spiritual benefits of meditation, you will also harness the power of vagal nerve massage to take into your daily lives for added relief from anxiety, stress, digestive issues, neck pain, and many other physical ailments that can stem directly from either an underactive or overactive vagus nerve.
